About the event
As we journey through this gentle week we will explore our relationship with rest and renewal. Through our inspiration and experiences we will connect with ourselves, draw wisdom from nature, and with hearts and hands create our own unique set of Vision Cards and a special pouch to keep them in. There will be other creative activities to enjoy too!
We will sit in Circle, share our lives, explore what rest means to us and find new ways to connect to the deep source of renewal within through meditation, the magic of essential oils, story, verse, Cacao, ritual and swimming. The beautiful sauna and ice-bath facilities will add to relaxation and wellbeing.
Pondok Pisang is a remote boutique oceanside resort that provides wholesome, freshly cooked vegetarian meals (all included) and has beautiful sauna and ice bath facilities.
